Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!! If you aren't completely satisfied for any reason, you may exchange apparel purchases within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be unworn used and returned in their original condition with the original packaging. All refunds are less than the original shipping cost, as TAOV does not cover return shipping. The customer is responsible for safe and secure shipping back to TAOV. All returns need a return authorization before being shipped back to TAOV. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and to obtain authorization for a return or an exchange. The Adventures of Vibe is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. There are no returns on book purchases unless damaged by the shipping/delivery service provider. Proof of shipment damage is required for claim filing purchases.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

PRINTFUL, INC.

Our store is hosted on Printful Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Your data is stored through Printful’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Printful stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

FAQ

What is your shipping policy?

All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Please note shipping estimates do not include lead times. If your selected items are in stock please allow 2-3 business days for the order to process and be sent out. 

Does TAOV offer gift wrapping?

All orders come in branded packaging! All gift sets are specially packaged along with a gift card. If you would like a personalized message included with your package, please contact us immediately after you place your order. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Amazon payments, Apple Pay, CashApp, and all major credit cards.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

If sales tax is required, our website provider automatically calculates the amount we need to remit and adds the tax to your checkout total.

Does TAOV offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing to qualified retailers. Please get in touch us to request wholesale line sheets at theadventuresofvibe@gmail.com.

Are you able to ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us directly for a more accurate quote. The customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with the order.
